Q: How long will it take from the time I place the order to receive my tiles?
A: We try to keep the pattern/ color combinations pictured on the website in stock. If we have your order in stock, it will usually ship the next day. Larger orders, or custom color orders take 4 weeks from the time the tiles are pressed in wet clay, to the time the tiles are shipped.
Q: Can I order tiles with a different color glaze that the one pictured on your website?
A: Yes. Any tile pattern can be glazed with any of our five glaze colors. To place an order with a custom glaze color, call 406 728 5536 or email us your request rather than using the online shopping cart system.
Q: Can your tiles be used on the floor?
A: No. Our tiles have a very slight raised texture that gives them their unique depth and richness. While the glaze is very durable under normal wall application situations, it will scratch in high traffic areas if used on the floor.
Q: Can your tiles be used outside?
A: Yes. They are made from vitreous porcelain and therefore impervious to moisture absorption.
